Tiffany is an award-winning Licensed General Contractor, Realtor, and Real Estate Developer with over 20 years of experience in creating inclusive residential and commercial spaces, and affordable housing, in growing urban markets.
Born and raised on the South Side of Chicago, Tiffany launched her career as a software engineer. She moved to North Carolina to acquire a Master of Business Administration from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and launched her career in real estate soon-after. This experience taught her the challenges and opportunities in changing lanes to pursue your passion.
Her goal is two-fold. As a real estate professional and educator, Tiffany empowers everyday citizens to re-envision their role in actively shaping their communities through thoughtful and impactful real estate projects. As a transformational speaker, Tiffany empowers her audiences to revision their path in life, and to determine how to go from accepting “good enough” to thriving in their “greatness”.
