Joe’s educational background includes a degree in English & Education from Manhattan College, Bronx, NY. He transitioned from teaching in the New York City public schools to embark on a successful real estate career 35 years ago, later becoming a distinguished instructor certified by the NYS Department of State.

Joe’s passion for education extends to his role as a Faculty Instructor at Hofstra University in NY and other real estate schools across Long Island, where he has earned recognition as a Gold Standard Instructor. Throughout his career, he has empowered and mentored top-producing practitioners across the Tri-State Area and beyond. He is a national & international speaker speaking on real estate, mindset approaches and leadership.

Notably, Joe has held significant leadership positions, including Vice President of the Long Island Board of Realtors and Director of both the NY State and National Association of Realtors.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Joe finds fulfillment in his role as a devoted husband and father, residing in Long Beach, NY. He holds several esteemed national designations as a Realtor, including ABR, GRI, SRES, SRS, CRETS, GSI ITI, and CBR certifications.
