Ernisha Randolph, 2022 “Most powerful & influential people”-Legacy Magazine (Miami Herald), South Florida Business Journal’s Power Leaders 2022, PUSH Summits “Entrepreneurial Excellence Honoree” 2019, Legacy Magazine’s “Trailblazer of the year” 2016, one of the 50 “Most Powerful & Influential people in Miami” –Miami Herald 2016, “Miami’s Top 40 under 40” honoree of 2015, and The City of Miami Gardens Black History Honoree in Business Excellence, has dedicated her life to serving & motivating others which is what lead her at the age of 19 to become the founder of the non- profit mentoring org for teen girls, Young Ladies of Integrity, Inc. In addition to becoming the 1st female President of the Young Professionals Network of the Miami-Dade Chamber of Commerce (YPN Miami) 2015-2019, Ernisha has lead successful events in Hospitality industry. She was Co-Producer & Culinary Consultant for the Miami Gardens Wine & Food Experience lead by City of Miami Gardens.

Ernisha is the owner of Sweet Butter Hospitality Group, a Firm that owns & manages Brands and experiences such as JK Catering (a trendy & upscale catering company that holds multiple government contracts & partnerships), The Candy Girls Gourmet Sweets (a brand of products that is sold online & in multiple restaurants and convenient stores), We Shuckin Southern Eatery, a restaurant franchise, and The Juke Joint Dinner Show (an immersive Southern Experience with Dinner & a Broadway- style musical show.
Ernisha was featured in Indulge Magazine November 2015 issue for her World Famous Mac & Cheese recipe that has been passed down 4 generations. Her most recent endeavor includes leading startup entrepreneurs to creating successful and sustainable businesses, as she motivates them to follow their dreams as they build their empires through her organization The Empire University (EU).
