He has earned certifications as a life coach with John Maxwell, Sam Chand, and trained with Eric “ET” Thomas, Les Brown, and Jeremy Anderson. He has been married to Dr. Jennell Whitfield Riddick, an avid coffee lover, and they have a teenage son who is a national soccer player and an elementary-age skate sensation daughter.
