Hi, my name is Derrick Frazier, and I am a corporate speaker and a S.H.I.F.T. Coach™. Twelve years ago, I experienced a personal crisis rooted in trauma, self-sabotage, and fear of success. This formidable situation forced me to look within to find the necessary keys to shift my life from where it was to the place that I desired it to be. I now know firsthand what it’s like to demonstrate resilience, shift my mindset, and overcome adversity, and this is why I speak to corporations and entrepreneurs. My goal is to help high performers to break through their barriers, reinvent themselves, and shift into their authentic, abundant, and prosperous purpose. When I am not speaking, you can find me hanging out with my wife and daughter or spending time reading and listening to personal development content or exercising.
